Embodied Self Therapies’ approach to treatment can be best described as holistic and integrative. We draw from multiple modalities and apply them when it feels most applicable. We are client-centered, solution-focused, and trauma-informed. We pull from multiple practices of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Brain Spotting, Somatic, and Narrative Therapy. ​ Radical and embodied self-love begins in owning your shadows, befriending your wounds and feeling empowered about your inherent authenticity. ​ You will learn to: ​ Increase understanding of self, emotions and patterns of behavior  Respond to stressors calmly, effectively, and in knowing your needs. Increase self-care and reduce unpleasant feelings, thoughts, and experiences Shift past trauma-related blocks Create a balance in the present moment, body and mind.
