Embodied Self Therapies’ approach to treatment can be best described as holistic and integrative. We draw from multiple modalities and apply them when it feels most applicable. We are client-centered, solution-focused, and trauma-informed. We pull from multiple practices of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Brain Spotting, Somatic, and Narrative Therapy.
